I am a criminal defense attorney practicing in Williamson and Travis County, Texas. I have been licensed since November, 2002. I worked as a prosecutor in Travis County and a Williamson County Deputy Sheriff before opening my own office. I offer free consultations to all potential clients.

Early Career (2002-2003):
After Graduating Law School from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2002, Sunday began her legal career in Odessa and Midland, Texas in private practice. Her work there consisted of juvenile justice, adult criminal defense, family law, and civil litigation.

I attended Texas Wesleyan School of Law, graduating in 2010. Since then I've practiced in criminal law for a decade, the majority of that time in Austin, handling cases in Travis County and throughout the Central Texas area. I've handled a wide variety of cases--from murder to minor drug charges.

My approach is simple listen to my client's needs and I get the best results for them possible.

Born and raised in Texas, I began practicing in Austin in 2014. In that time, I have learned the value of a client-centered approach focused on communication with all my clients. I launched ATX Legal in 2021 because I wanted to replicate the client-focused approach I had developed over five years and hundreds of clients. A large percentage of my business comes from referrals from previous clients because they know the kind of value I deliver and the level of care I take in each case. Age and trickery will win out over youth and vigor any day! Years of experience as a prosecutor combined with years in private practice in one county make me the epitome of the small town attorney. I graduated from SWTSU, a.k.a. Texas State, and went to Law school at St. Mary's University in San Antonio. As a parent of one child and three German eating sheppards I have sunk my roots in the Texas Hill country. I pride myself on knowing Hays County's Law Enforcement, Prosecutors and Judiciary. I have 27 years of criminal experience. For 10 years I gained my core experience at the Dallas County District Attorney's trying jury trials and the last 17 Ive been protecting individuals rights. Ive tried over 300 jury trials and handled over 9000 criminal cases in Federal and State courts. I was fortunate to gain extensive Federal experience by working for former United States Attorney James Rolfe. My experience ranges from every type of Federal case to over 140 murder cases in State court.
