I am Attorney Kesney Nichols, and I assist the firm in managing cases and achieving favorable outcomes for our clients. My responsibilities encompass conducting legal research, drafting documents, interviewing clients and witnesses, preparing for hearings and trials, and aiding in the formulation of legal strategies aimed at resolving cases favorably for each client. My professional memberships include the Texas State Bar, specifically the family law section, as well as the Houston Bar Association, Montgomery Bar Association, and the Woodlands Bar Association. In addition to my professional commitments, I dedicate time to volunteer work for the Christian Assistance Program. Dean received his Bachelor of Arts degree from The George Washington University in Washington D.C. and his law degree from Southern Methodist University School of Law in Dallas, Texas. He is Board Certified in Criminal Law from Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has been practicing in the area of criminal defense for over 25 years. Dean has been a member of the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association since 1999 and serves on TCDLA's rural practice committee.
