I am originally from the Greater Houston area, and have settled in Austin with my Criminal Defense Practice. I take pride in giving great legal representation to all of my clients.

Practice limited to Criminal Defense. Over 35 Years I have handled everything from traffic tickets to murder successfully. My practice has included being an Assistant District Attorney, elected Criminal District Attorney and Judge Advocate in the Texas Military Forces.

Early Career (2002-2003):
After Graduating Law School from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2002, Sunday began her legal career in Odessa and Midland, Texas in private practice. Her work there consisted of juvenile justice, adult criminal defense, family law, and civil litigation.

Sunday later moved to Amarillo where she was appointed as an Assistant District Attorney in Randall County. I am a criminal defense attorney practicing in Williamson and Travis County, Texas. I have been licensed since November, 2002. I worked as a prosecutor in Travis County and a Williamson County Deputy Sheriff before opening my own office. I offer free consultations to all potential clients.

I am Attorney Kesney Nichols, and I assist the firm in managing cases and achieving favorable outcomes for our clients. My responsibilities encompass conducting legal research, drafting documents, interviewing clients and witnesses, preparing for hearings and trials, and aiding in the formulation of legal strategies aimed at resolving cases favorably for each client. I attended Texas Wesleyan School of Law, graduating in 2010. Since then I've practiced in criminal law for a decade, the majority of that time in Austin, handling cases in Travis County and throughout the Central Texas area. I've handled a wide variety of cases--from murder to minor drug charges.
