Following the completion of her degree, Ms. Goldman went on to earn her law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. I have practiced Immigration Law and Appeals since 1986. I have represented people from all over the world and have been able to win asylum cases before the EOIR, the BIA and several courts of appeal. Many are precedent decisions.
