Jennifer Goldman graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice Administration from the University of Arizona. Following the completion of her degree, Ms. Goldman went on to earn her law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. I have practiced Immigration Law and Appeals since 1986. I have represented people from all over the world and have been able to win asylum cases before the EOIR, the BIA and several courts of appeal. Many are precedent decisions. Nicholas Martell was raised in Hesperia, California and graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Western State University College of Law.
