Berenice Mottin-Berger's practice is primarily focused on complex commercial and construction litigation, as well as in community association law. Ms. Mottin-Berger has experience litigating cases on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants involving: defective construction, contractual disputes, director and officer claims, and condominium disputes.
