An honors graduate of Columbia Law School, Ethan clerked for U.S. District Judge Naomi Reice Buchwald in the Southern District of New York before working for many years at the New York offices of Covington & Burling. He serves as the National Chapter Co-Coordinator of the Copyright Society.

John A. Case, Jr. is a Los Angeles business lawyer and an active member of the State Bar of California since 1986. He is a graduate of Columbia University, Stanford Law School, and the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA. After practicing with major law firms such as O'Melveny & Myers and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, he opened his own law office in 1996. He has guided clients through all kinds of business problems and disputes for more than 30 years.

James P. Finigan is a native San Diegan. His schooling began in Solana Beach, CA, at Santa Fe Christian School. His studies continued at the University of Oregon, where he earned his B.S., double-majoring in Political Science & Philosophy. He then traveled east to study law at the University of New Hampshire, School of Law.
