I am attorney John Hannon. I represent clients in real estate, personal injury and other types of civil litigation. From my law office in Capitola, I represent clients throughout the Monterey Bay area of California, from Santa Cruz to Watsonville and other communities near the coast.

I am a Family Law Specialist, certified with the California State Board of Legal Specialization. I enjoy assisting clients with all their family law needs including custody, support, division of property and paternity. I have acted as minor's counsel for several years, both private and appointed by the court, and have provided mediation services for 15 years.

I have been practicing law full time since 1977, and I have maintained a solo practice in Santa Cruz County since 1980. I have a general practice, with emphasis on personal injury cases, aviation accidents, and most other types of accidents. I also help individuals prepare estate plans, and eventually represent the heirs in probate proceedings.
