During my nearly two-decade career with the California Attorney General's Office, I conducted numerous corporate fraud investigations under the California False Claims Act. I also have extensive experience representing health and welfare agencies – including the California Department of Health Care Services, Department of Public Health, and Department of State Hospitals – in state and federal court. I want to help small and medium-sized business navigate the challenges of government investigations and regulatory compliance. I also understand how costly and disruptive California Invasion of Privacy ("CIPA") cases can be for B2B enterprises, and can provide tailored, cost-effective representation.

Edward focuses on trial work in the stateand federal courts. He has tried state and federal cases involving insurance fraud, various commercial disputes, insurance bad-faith, sexual harassment, and wrongful termination. Prior to founding the firm, he held positions with law firms in the United States and in the Middle East.
