My practice includes entity formation, corporate documentation, drafting and negotiating contracts and leases, and general corporate counsel. I also represent businesses and individuals in litigation in the state and federal courts throughout North Carolina.

I began my legal career in private practice in Eastern North Carolina, where I represented both individuals and businesses in various areas including civil litigation, family law, fiduciary litigation, and criminal defense.
