He is admitted to various federal and appeals courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States, in which he has filed amicus briefs. He is the author of several books on software and Internet law and policy, including “Sex, Laws and Cyberspace” (Henry Holt 1996), as well as many articles. He has spent much of his career concentrating on general commercial litigation, software industry disputes, as well as free speech and land use/zoning matters.

Marian Quintero has represented award-winning photographers and business owners in intellectual property matters, including copyright and trademark issues. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2022, where she also received a Certificate in Intellectual Property Law. During law school, she served as Vice President of Financial Affairs for the Moot Court Honor Society and externed for Judge Barbara Areces in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit. She is admitted to practice law in Florida and the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida, as well as the Northern District of Texas.

Güvenç Acarkan is an Immigration, Business, and Tax Attorney licensed in USA (District of Columbia, New Jersey, New York), England & Wales, and Turkey. He is an internationally focused attorney with wealth of experience in cross-border matters. He holds a JD degree from Rutgers University and a Turkish Bachelor of Law Equivalency degree from Galatasaray University, Turkey. He holds an MBA degree from Georgia College, Georgia USA and a BA degree in Psychology from Koç University, Turkey. He is a graduate of American Collegiate Institute, ?zmir.
