I have thirty-eight years of legal experience. My legal practice is in civil matters involving maritime law, personal injury and business law. I have handled a wide variety of cases and have associations with other legal specialists. My goal is to represent my clients effectively and economically to produce high-quality legal services resulting in a successful outcome for my clients.

Mr. Hiller received his JD and MBA from Pepperdine University and certificates from the Palmer Center for Entrepreneurship and Straus Institute for Alternative Dispute Resolution. Mr. Hiller has litigated hundreds of civil and business disputes, advised numerous companies on contracts, trademarks (filing, TTAB proceedings), licensing, employment matters, and represented clients in mediation, arbitration, quasi-judicial proceedings, and before municipalities.
