I have lived in Memphis since 1979 and have practiced employment law across West Tennessee since 1994. For a little bit of time in the late '90s I practiced in other substantive areas in addition to employment law, but have always returned to that practice area. Since 2006 I have maintained my own practice with my wife who handles family law matters. We have three children of whom we are very proud and both hold black belts in Taekwondo.

Mark Griffee concentrates his practice in the areas of general civil litigation, including business, commercial, construction and personal injury litigation; insurance defense and coverage counsel, including general liability, employment, life, professional liability, reinsurance, ERISA and workers’ compensation (claims and premium dispute resolution); as well as computer intellectual property and health care service transactions and litigation. Mr. Griffee is licensed to practice law in both Tennessee and Arkansas.
