I attended West Virginia State College in 1997 on a baseball scholarship. Later, I transferred to Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) where I received a B.A. in Political Science and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2001. Prior to attending law school, I continued my education in History and Political Science at The University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. In 2007, I received my Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. In practice since 1989, our team has led the way in federal student loan discharges, stay violation sanctions and the Mortgage Modification Program in the Middle District of Florida. We teach modification across the country-ND CA, NV, AZ, SC, IL, and NY. We are proud to represent consumers and small businesses in their efforts to stay in their homes and keeping their commercial endeavors viable. To date, we have discharged more than $1.7 million in federal student loans and are going strong with the new guidance. We strive to be the best representation out there for the community.
