Neil B. Solomon

Mr. Solomon concentrates his practice in hedge fund litigation/counseling, securities arbitration; general civil litigation and financial markets' transactional matters. Prior to becoming a Partner of McLaughlin & Stern, LLP, Mr. Solomon was associated with Greenberg Traurig LLP, resident in that firm's West Palm Beach offices, where his focus was managing and trying as lead counsel, a multitude of securities arbitration matters before the NASD (now FINRA) and the NYSE. He also litigated other securities fraud matters.
Prior to that, Mr. Solomon was associated with two prominent Chicago based law firms working on both financial market litigation and transaction matters, including drafting proposed rules changes to be submitted to the SEC on behalf of major stock and options clients, preparing hedge fund offering materials and litigating and participating in a number of trials and arbitrations for various financial market clientele.
Subsequent to receiving his MBA from The University of Michigan, and prior to attending law school, Mr. Solomon traded foreign currency and stock index futures on the floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Mr. Solomon is admitted to practice law in New York, Florida and Illinois.
