Born in Philadelphia, Mr. Winston attended Pennsylvania State University and earned his B.A from Temple University, graduating cum laude with honors in 1990. He then received his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Law School in 1994. Mr. Leiby has practiced construction law in Florida since 1973. He is board certified by the Florida Bar in construction law. He was the founder and first chairman of the Florida Bar Construction Law Committee. In 2008 he was awarded the lifetime achievement award by the Florida Bar Construction Law Committee. Awilda Esteras joined Siegfried Rivera in 2011 and concentrates her practice in collections. She represents community associations throughout the state of Florida, assisting with debt consolidation, foreclosure matters, drafting, amending and interpreting governing documents, vendor contract review, covenant enforcement and providing legal opinions on community association related matters.
