David C. Hilyer received his B.S. in Business Administration degree, with honors, in 1997 from Faulkner University. He received his Juris Doctor in 2002 from Faulkner University's Thomas Goode Jones School of Law, where he served one-year as a Justice on the Honor Court and received the Best Oral Advocate award his second year. Danyel Peters is a native of Auburn, Alabama. She grew up in Auburn and graduated from Auburn High School. Danyel completed her undergraduate work at Auburn University with a major in Political Science with a focus in law.
