Tresina attended the Roger Williams University School of Law, graduating in December 2021 with her Juris Doctor. Throughout law school, her extracurricular activities included being an ABA Diversity Judicial Clerk, the Sub-Region Director of the National Black Law Student Association, and the Treasurer of the Environmental Law Society. Before law school, Tresina earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville. She also obtained a minor in Pre-Law. Currently Tresina is licensed to practice law in Illinois.

Before joining the family law and divorce lawyers in Bloomington, Illinois at Stange Law Firm, Tresina most recently worked as a Regulatory Compliance and Technology Analyst for Beacon Hill Staffing where she utilized AI and advanced legal technology to analyze complex regulatory frameworks, develop precise metadata strategies, and conduct compliance assessments, providing actionable insights to support decision-making. Prior to this role, she gained diverse legal experience, including managing corporate compliance filings as a Corporate Law Clerk, drafting bench memorandums and analyzing legal issues as a Judicial Intern, and mentoring law students on legal writing and citation standards. Tresina also has a strong foundation in patent law, with experience preparing USPTO filings, managing dockets, and supporting litigation logistics.
