- Q. Legal action for surgery complications (liver damage) in CA
- A: You should ask the attorneys who haven't agreed to take on your case why they won't. Depending on what state you are in it might be too late. California has a 1 year statue from the date you found out or should have found out about the malpractice. Good luck to you.
- Q. Insurance undervaluation of vehicle post-auto accident.
- A: Sometimes you need to provide them with evidence that their valuation is not correct. Send them all the reasons you disagree with them including a Kelly Blue Book screenshot along with some local classified ads and ask them to reconsider. The few times I have done that it was successful. You also might be able to get diminution of value against the driver responsible but that requires some upfront money to hire and expert to give their expert opinion about your loss of value due to the accident. - Q. Concern about delayed LEEP surgery leading to cancer diagnosis in California
- A: As the previous answer states.. you need to contact an attorney who handles medical malpractice cases. And do it RIGHT away because there are strict timelines for taking action and if you miss them you may not be able to. You will need an expert who is of the opinion that medical malpractice occurred. They can be expensive. Did you new doctor put his opinion in writing in your medical record or simply tell you that in person? contact someone right away and good luck to you... TED
