Steven R. R. Anderson

At Anderson Law Firm, Steven helps clients negotiate and structure real estate purchases and sales, utility easements, oil and gas leases, and other land use agreements. He litigates cases related to real estate, oil and gas, utilities, and business and contract disputes, and he maintains a robust appellate practice. Steven also provides support to small businesses and assists clients in drafting deeds, wills, powers of attorney, and other real property and estate planning documents.
Steven graduated summa cum laude from The Ohio State University with a Bachelors of Science in Economics in 2008. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 2011, graduating cum laude.
Steven once worked as a petroleum landman, where he located, targeted, and acquired mineral rights, negotiated oil and gas leases, and researched and analyzed real estate title. Steven has also owned and operated small businesses focused on acquiring and managing residential rental properties.
