Steven C. Kyriazes has been a practicing attorney for more than 35 years. His diverse experience in a wide range of legal areas has allowed him to help his clients resolve complex disputes involving business law, employment law and commercial litigation. His past experience as General Counsel and Corporate Counsel to engineering companies, information technology providers, logistics companies and to a number of temporary staffing agencies, for over 24 years, has allowed Mr. Kyriazes to enhance his skill sets in employment law, state tax strategies and training of CEO’s, executives, managers, and staff to be in compliance with federal and state laws. As a criminal defense attorney, Steven has represented clients for DUI, felony, and misdemeanor charges. Prior to becoming a criminal defense attorney, Steven was an Assistant State’s Attorney in DuPage County where he gained his in-depth knowledge of the criminal justice system and developed the skills he uses today for his clients involving criminal allegations and traffic defense matters. Today, Steven C. Kyriazes, P.C. is a private law practice that provides its clients with complete focus on their legal problems in the areas of criminal and traffic defense, business law (including mergers and acquisitions and succession planning), employment law, driver's license reinstatement, commercial and residential real estate, and commercial litigation.
