- Q: How long have you (Steven Albert Serna) been practicing bankruptcy law?
- A: Since my days in law school while I interned for a Chapter 7 Trustee who served in the Southern District of New York. I have worked in bankruptcy law since 2001. I have filed hundreds of consumer bankruptcy filings in both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 in the District of New Jersey successfully obtaining Orders of Discharge for our clients that deserved a fresh start in life.
