Contact me to see how I can help you with your criminal or family law matters.
My name is Steve Hardin. I am an attorney with over 20 years of courtroom experience. I founded the Hardin Law Firm, LLC because I have dedicated my career to helping people in trouble. My goal is to help people solve their problems and get back to their lives. I am here to help you. I am currently accepting cases in the following areas: Criminal Defense, Family Law, and Personal Injury. I WILL do the hard work your case requires.
During my career, I have aggressively represented people with matters ranging from civil hearings to murder in the first degree. I enjoy courtroom work and trials, and work hard to ensure the success of every client’s case. As an aggressive litigator and negotiator, I am very experienced in getting my clients the best results possible. But no attorney can help you if you can’t pay the bill, which is why I work to stay affordable. I also accept credit cards and will work with clients to set up payment plans. Please contact me to see if we can help solve your problem.

- Q. Do I still need to complete satop since 7 years has passed since I had a DUI
- A: Missouri yes you have to do SATOP and everything else to have Missouri remove its hold on your drivers license.
Tennessee you need an attorney in Tennessee to to check in on that DWI case.
- Q. Do I have to answer my daughters fathers request for information
- A: There is not nearly enough information to answer your question. It depends on the facts of your case and if there are previous orders. You should consult with an attorney.
- Q. Earlier today I had a gentleman calling himself Thomas Mandel call me and say that the SSA has a warrant for my arrest?
- A: The Federal Government does not call to say they have a warrant for their arrest. They simply serve said warrant and your in jail or at least in front of a Federal Judge. In general the Federal Government doesn't even call people at least not without sending a letter first.
The Social Security Administration doesn't issue warrants they refer possible cases for criminal prosecution to the Department of Justice.
However there are plenty of scammers out there that will call you and say there is a warrant but you can take care of it by sending them money. Ignore this call.
