As an estate planning and litigating attorney my job is to help my clients gain clarity and an sense of peace by providing them with asset protection now and in the future. I work with clients to tailor plans that accomplish their goals and leave nothing to chance. Protecting their assets and your children’s inheritance from lawsuits and predators is only the beginning. Where there’s an inheritance, there will be predators. More than half of my practice is litigation, protecting heirs whose benefactors neglected to properly plan and protect their estates and their loved ones from predators. I want to protect my clients and their heirs now, against this predators that are not yet known, and those that are currently known. I have more life and business experience than most, I was a business executive with a Fortune 100 company and owned a multimillion dollar multi state business before perusing a legal career.

  I am happy to talk with clients before they engage me. I do this to first see if they need a lawyer, or is there another way out for them. Second, I do this to see if there is a practical business case for pursuing the matter legally. Legal matter can get expensive.

  On rare occasions I will take an Estate or Business matter on a contingency in the interest of justice and fair play. But it is not a regular practice of mine.
