Stephanie Vollrath

Stephanie Vollrath attended Barry University School of Law, graduating as valedictorian, acting as senior editor of Barry Law Review, and booking seven classes. After graduating, Stephanie had the honor of being hired as a judicial clerk for the Fifth District Court of Appeal in Daytona Beach, Florida. While there, she researched and drafted legal memoranda on many areas of Florida Law. Stephanie was also an adjunct professor at Barry University School of Law. Following her time at the Fifth District Court of Appeal, she opened Vollrath Law, PA in 2013, where she focuses her practice on Estate Planning and Probate.

Stephanie brings her experience, knowledge, and expertise to her law practice. At Vollrath Law, we spend time with our clients getting to know their needs and goals relating to their estate plans. Stephanie takes time to educate her clients on their estate planning options.

Stephanie Vollrath has been a resident of Seminole County in the Oviedo/Winter Springs area for more than thirty years. She raised her family in the area and is active in the community. Stephanie has taken a non-traditional path to her current law practice. Prior to becoming an attorney, she worked for seven years in the investment arena, as a licensed investment advisor for Barnett Securities, where she counseled and advised clients in various areas of financial planning. Stephanie resigned from Barnett to assist in building her husband’s CPA practice, working as a staff accountant.

Stephanie is an active member of the community. She is a former chariman of the board of HOPE Helps, Inc., a member of the Winter Springs Rotary, the Oviedo/Winter Springs Chamber, and the Oviedo Business Women’s Network.
