Stefan is a native of the low-country. He is admitted to practice law in South Carolina, Georgia, Federal U.S. District Court, S.C. Court of Appeals, and Federal Claims Court. Stefan is a member of the American Association of Justice, where he is past chair of the Professional Negligence Section and member of the Nursing Home Negligence Section. Stefan is also a member of the South Carolina Association of Justice.
