Mr. Dinsmore graduated with honors (cum laude) from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1990. After gaining broad civil litigation experience as an associate for 4 years with Black & Reape, he began his own practice, the Law Office of Scott D. Dinsmore, where he continued as a civil trial lawyer until the formation of Dinsmore & Sandelmann LLP in 2008. Mr. Dinsmore represents individuals and smaller businesses against insurance companies and powerful corporations often staffed by law firms often employing hundreds of lawyers. Mr. Dinsmore has the experience and resources to even the playing field in litigation against these entities. Mr. Dinsmore has broad trial experience, including numerous jury trials, court trials, arbitrations, and prosecuting cases through the California Court of Appeals.
