Richard Devlin

Richard G. Devlin is an accomplished corporate and commercial attorney with extensive experience advising businesses in the financial services, technology, and professional services sectors. As the founder and principal of his own practice, Richard counsels clients ranging from early-stage startups to established enterprises on a wide spectrum of transactional and operational matters, with a focus on practical, business-oriented solutions.

Richard’s practice spans the drafting, negotiation, and review of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, SaaS and licensing arrangements, non-disclosure agreements, partnership agreements, and technology transactions.
