Reba Scharff

Reba Scharff is a passionate criminal defense attorney serving Raleigh, North Carolina. As a former prosecutor turned criminal lawyer, Reba has a unique perspective on each case as she's handled both sides. She focuses her efforts on helping those in the legal system who sometimes don't have a voice of their own. She fiercely fights for the rights of those facing criminal charges including DUI/DWI, domestic violence, theft, sex crimes, drug crimes, college crimes and others. The effect criminal charges can have on an individual and their family can be devastating and Reba will fight to uphold her clients constitutional rights. As a founding partner of the Scharff Law Firm, Reba has joined with her husband Jesse Scharff to create a powerhouse law firm focused on successfully representing the rights of their clients
