Randi Sirlin
Exceptional Family Law Appeals and Post-Trial Motions
Ms. Sirlin has practiced family law for almost 27 years. Having worked with a Certified Family Law Specialist, she began drafting Family Law Appeals and complex motions during 2003. She has a unique perspective regarding family law, in that she experienced a very contentious "custody battle" as a child, which spanned many years. Ms. Sirlin's practice consists of some family law litigation (trials) but her main focus consists of family law post-trial motions and family law appeals. It is important to know that the judge's orders may not be the end of the line.
Ms. Sirlin is also trained as a Family Law Mediator and received her Certification of Training in Collaborative Divorce.
While all of her current practice consists of family law matters, Ms. Sirlin has substantial experience in criminal defense law, as well.
Ms. Sirlin maintains a caseload which ensures each client has direct access to an attorney at all times.
While Ms. Sirlin has primary responsibility for all client matters, when needed, other attorneys and legal assistants are available. All attorney time spent doing legal assistant tasks are billed at a legal assistant rate.
Ms. Sirlin truly cares about her clients and their families and always puts what is best for them above any financial and/or "business" considerations of her career.
Her mottos are that, "it is best to live a life you can be proud of, do a job you love and help others." Helping others gives meaning and purpose to one's life.
It is extremely common that a potential client arrives to meet Ms. Sirlin, noticeably anxious and overwhelmed and it is extremely common for them to leave noticeably relaxed and reassured.
Her fees are below the average and median fees for an attorney with over 25 year's experience in the Phoenix metropolitan area.

- Was impressed with myself after receiving "A" grade in Charles Ares' classes! I did it because it was a welcome challenge. Also enjoyed Kenny Hegland's contract law during year 1. Met quality students and so many in our class became successful attorneys.

- Q. How do I present new evidence in a mediation case?
- A: If you are doing mediation, you can first alert the other side that you are changing your position and if it is a problem, you can file a Motion to Amend either your answer or your response. You should also seek out an experienced family law attorney, as you will be expected to know all of the rules of procedure, rules of evidence and case law without an attorney.
- Q. Can an Arizona Family Attorney represent me in Memphis Tennessee?
- A: If the attorney is licensed to practice, the answer is yet. If you live in Arizona, the answer is yes.
- Q. do i legally have to give a drug test being requested from arizona dcs if its not court ordered?
- A: If DCS is requiring the 9-panel test, you will most likely need to take it if you want DCS to release your child upon the child being healthy.
I recommend speaking with an an experienced attorney who specializes in family law cases.
