I have been practicing law for nearly 25 years, with a focus on both civil and criminal litigation. I am a member of the Maryland Bar and also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. As a trial lawyer, I have handled cases at every level of the Maryland court system, ranging from the District Court and Office of Administrative Hearings to the Supreme Court of Maryland.
After spending 21 years in private practice, I made a significant career shift to the Food and Drug Administration, where I took on the role of regulatory counsel in the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research. My work there centered on intricate policies and regulatory issues concerning generic drug products and the Hatch-Waxman Act. However, changes in the federal workforce prompted my return to private practice. I recently joined Silverman Thompson as of counsel.
In my current role, I continue to concentrate on commercial litigation, personal injury, and criminal defense.
