We Put Our Clients First
I am an award-winning attorney who is experienced and knowledgeable. I am committed to serving my clients well through assertive and strategic advocacy. All cases are handled with care and with a focus on getting results for my client. I seek the best resolution for you.
What is different about my firm?
In Family Law, we place special focus on Domestic Violence as we have an excellent success rate! Allergic Reaction Injury cases have a special spot in our hearts as we have first-hand experiences with allergic reactions! In Business Law, we focus our steadfast efforts on contracts, internal business compliance risk reduction, and advising on internal operations; we know the special issues that many face as this is a small woman-owned firm that interacts with other small businesses every day! With so much diversity in experience, we are masters in strategy, analysis, and representation of your legal matter!
Paying for legal representation can be challenging. We do not want money to be an obstacle to receiving excellent representation. Mas-Bono is our new program in which a sliding scale will determine if you qualify for a reduced payment.

- Q. My wife and I have filed for divorce. She purchased a house with my money in Maryland. Am I entitled to this property?
- A: If the house was purchased during the marriage it is likely that you both are entitled to half of the house because it is marital property. If it is marital property, either of you may propose to buy the other's interest in the house or you may put the house on the market and split the proceeds.
- Q. Do I have a case, pharmacy gave me wrong medicine, I took one, threw up, still feeling sick though.
- A: Please obtain a copy of the document for your own records. Also, you need to obtain the pharmacist ‘s contact information because you may need him to testify about the mistake.
- Q. What proper/careful steps do I take to make sure an abusive parent/estranged husband is not given custody or visitation?
- A: Your situation needs a lawyer to ask you questions and get more information in order to advise you. So, please contact an attorney experienced in divorce and domestic violence.
