Biography

Our areas of practice ranges from prenuptial agreements and child support matters to complex custody battles, and high-asset divorces. We are well-known and respected in the legal community as highly intellectual and skilled attorneys, and quickly gained a reputation of being known as fearless litigators because of our track record!

We developed a niche area of of the law that focuses on Father’s Rights. Although we represent both men and women, we discovered that there was a need for Fathers to have more legal representation in the courtroom as they are traditionally the "underdogs" when fighting for custody. So it remains our firm's passion and goal to level the playing field for fathers when fighting for their parental rights.

The difference between us and any other law firm is that we actually care about our clients and it shows. We have state of the art technology and advanced case management systems that allow our clients to have round-the-clock access to their case 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. This way, the client always has access to their attorney and assigned legal team members. Our clients are always informed about the status of their case and we involve them in every step of the way.

If you are looking for a team of smart, direct and passionate lawyers with creative solutions to help you, look no further.

Q. I was needing to find out what I needed to do because my wife ran out 5 months ago and I want to file for divorce.
A: You can file for a divorce in Georgia. If you and your wife have reached an agreement on all the issues -- how to divide up the assets, debts, personal property, and the house -- then you both can sign a detailed settlement agreement that memorializes the terms of the agreement and file it with your divorce petition and other divorce documents. If all the documents are filed correctly, a Judge can grant your divorce as soon as 31 days after you have filed.
Q. What do i do if i do not know my wife's address to send divorce papers.
A: You must do a diligent search for her address...contact family members, hire a private process server to perform a skip trace, send an email, text or social media message to ask her for her address, or it may be as simple as calling her and asking her to sign an Acknowledgment and Waiver of Service form voluntary so you do not have to get her physically served. There are a number of options that can be exercised. These are just a few. The judge will want to see that you have made these efforts before you seek the court’s help.
Q. if your 17 and charged with family violence at your mothers house do they put up a protection order if you live there?
A: If charged with battery/family violence in Georgia, the offender will likely have bond conditions that will state that the offender shall have no contact with the victim.

If the victim wants a domestic violence protective order (called a TPO), the victim will have to file a separate case for that in civil court.
