We are happy to help you. My firm is noted for our aggressive representation, meticulous preparation, and fair, flat fees. Potential clients can be assured that I have the necessary experience and dedication to your case and will give each and every client the personal attention that their case requires. I have been practicing for over 22 years, so I am considered an expert in my field and well regarded by opposing attorneys and judges.
Please note: I DO NOT handle cases when DFCS is involved.
I have a very low caseload, so I only handle one trial matter at a time. You will not have to worry about me not being able to handle your important hearing because I have another scheduled at the same time. I set aside time for each client and each case so you get my undivided attention. I will never hand your case off to an associate.

- Q. About divorce
- A: You don't have many options if you don't want to separate or divorce. You can't go to her parents' house to get the children as that could be considered trespassing. If you file for divorce or separation, she likely will be forced to bring the children back. If you do nothing, you will have fewer rights the longer you wait. If you wait longer than 6 months after she left, you will not have the ability to fight a custody case in Georgia.
- Q. When protective order is over can I contact n see kids automatically or what
- A: The answer to this depends on if you have a parenting plan in a different case. If there is a court ordered parenting plan, the parenting time should resume. Normally, parenting time continues even though there is a TPO in place, especially if the violence alleged was not toward the children. You may want to speak with an attorney who can review your orders and give you specific advice.
- Q. What can be done when a parent in Georgia fails to get children for their court ordered visitation?
- A: The legal system can't make her be a good parent. Enjoy the extra time with your children and just document for now. If you file a modification, you may get custody, but she'll get more time awarded her on paper than she's exercising now, so the actual situation may not improve much. And unless she earns a ton of money, the child support you would get may not be an incentive to rock the boat.
