We are happy to help you. My firm is noted for our aggressive representation, meticulous preparation and I charge fair, flat fees. Potential clients can be assured that I have the necessary experience and dedication to your case and will give each and every client the personal attention that their case requires. I have been practicing for over 20 years, so I am considered an expert in my field and well regarded by opposing attorneys and judges.
Please note: I DO NOT handle cases when DFCS is involved.
I have a very low caseload, so I only handle one trial matter at a time. You will not have to worry about me not being able to handle your important hearing because I have another scheduled at the same time. I set aside time for each client and each case so you get my undivided attention. I will never hand your case off to an associate.

- Q. Can I file the divorce papers I had drawn up in Georgia in Ohio? Because my county will not serve out of the county.
- A: No, you cannot file Georgia divorce papers in Ohio. Also, it is possible to file for divorce here even if your spouse does not live here. Contact an attorney for assistance.
- Q. CS is due monthly. My child has graduated and turns 18 in August, do I pay the August installment or stop in July?
- A: Pay August.
- Q. How can someone be named the biological father in a custody determination but is not considered legitimized?
- A: Because that's the law. The father has to file for legitimation in order to obtain custody rights and be added to the birth certificate.
