Muhammad Elsayed

Muhammad is an experienced trial attorney who represents clients in criminal, traffic and personal injury cases, as well as criminal and administrative investigations at the state and federal levels throughout Northern Virginia. His experience ranges from simple traffic violations to misdemeanors and serious felony charges, including malicious wounding, robbery, computer crimes, and murder. Muhammad also represents clients under investigation by state or federal law enforcement and witnesses in pending investigations and prosecutions.
A long-time resident of Fairfax County and a native speaker of Arabic, Muhammad Elsayed graduated from George Mason University, summa cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration of Justice. He then graduated from George Mason University School of Law, summa cum laude, where he was a member of the George Mason Law Review, the Moot Court Board, and the Trial Advocacy Association. He was the youngest graduating member of his law school class, in addition to graduating at the top of his class in high school, college, and law school.
After graduating from law school, Muhammad worked as an Associate Attorney at a large DC-based law firm, where he gained experience advising insurance companies on their coverage obligations and representing them in complex litigation regarding professional liability and general liability coverage.
In 2014, Muhammad joined a preeminent criminal defense firm in Fairfax City, where he gained extensive experience representing clients in complex criminal, traffic, and civil matters. He has handled many trials ranging from assault and battery cases and civil protective orders to serious felonies, such as malicious wounding and murder. He has also assisted clients in negotiating favorable plea agreements and other settlements, in addition to helping clients clear their criminal records by seeking expungement of charges that have been dismissed.
