Michael J. Burke Law OfficeI am a life-long resident of St. Paul, and graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1976 and received my law degree from William Mitchell College of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota, in 1986. I have been practicing law for over 25 years in the areas of Estate Planning (including Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney), Probate, Real Estate, and Guardianships/Conservatorships. I have also litigated contests/disputes involving Wills and Probate, as well as matters relating to Guardianships/Conservatorships. I have given presentations in my practice areas to fellow members of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Ramsey County Bar Association, as well as various community groups and organizations. I am a current member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and Ramsey County Bar Association, and co-chair of the Ramsey County Bar Association’s Real Estate Section and “Families First” day, an annual free picnic-type event for children from various St. Paul schools and their family members.
