I am Lindsey McGuire, a dedicated Senior Associate Attorney based in our Houston, Texas family law office. I am committed to guiding clients through these challenging times and represent individuals throughout Harris County and the surrounding areas.
I earned my Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois. Before attending law school, I completed my Bachelor of Arts in English at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, and I also hold an Associate of Arts in General Studies from New York University in New York City. With a well-rounded academic background, I am ready to assist clients in the state of Texas.
I bring a diverse range of professional experiences to my role with the Houston, Texas family lawyers at Stange Law Firm. Before joining the team, I practiced family and education law in Chicago, Illinois since 2013. I ran my own practice for over 12 years, handling divorce, child support, and custody matters. Additionally, I worked as an Associate Attorney in Oak Park, IL, where I drafted pleadings, managed discovery, and prepared for trial. My experience also includes handling real estate contracts, closings, and loss mitigation strategies. Besides my legal career, I have been a Flight Attendant with United Airlines since 2006 and was honored with the Hearts United Award in 2009. I also served as an Athletic Compliance Extern at Northern Illinois University and gained early legal experience through internships in Los Angeles and Chicago.
