Claimed Lawyer ProfileQ&ASocial Media
Summary

I have enjoyed the privilege of being a Legal Expert offering Legal Analysis for local news media on high profile cases. I have earned that reputation through many years of legal experience and opportunities as a lawyer in Kentucky. My Criminal Law and Family Law clients know I am a trusted advocate and a powerful voice on their case and my reviews on Google and other websites show their appreciation for my hard work and the positive results. As the former head of the Violent Crimes Unit for the Office of the Commonwealth's Attorney, I know what the other side is planning on your case. I use my 20 years of experience in the Court System and the relationships I have made with current Judges and help my clients get the best possible outcome on their Criminal Law or Family Law cases. Many attorneys will advertise they have "experience" or have catchy slogans but I have as much relevant current courtroom experience on both sides of the table as any defense attorney in the area. With my representation you deal directly with me and not with an associate or paralegal. Please see my 5.0 rating based on over 60 reviews on Google and my perfect ratings on Avvo, Justia and Thumbtack based on my reviews from clients and colleagues.

24 Questions Answered

Q. For a first time offense of wanton endangerment first degree and domestic violence fourth degree- likely outcome?
A: It depends greatly on the facts, victim testimony and evidence. Domestic violence cases in Louisville have a special set of prosecutors and are examined very carefully. A felony carries up to five years in prison but these type of charges are on the cusp of a misdemeanor or a felony. I strongly recommend you hire an experienced attorney to handle this case in the hopes of getting a misdemeanor or a favorable resolution.
Q. I was pulled over for doing 16 over (71 in a 55) .... Court is 01/21. I have no $.. will i go to jail? I just had a baby
A: If you have a pending court date you can appear for that court date via phone call or zoom and enter your plea of not guilty and pass the case for another date. I would tell the Court your situation. You should not go to jail as long as you appear for your court date or have an Attorney appear on your behalf.
Q. Tier 1 hospital billing as tier 2
A: I don’t immediately see any criminal law issues for your question. That sounds like a health insurance billing issue. You could try contacting someone with the Department of insurance In your home state.
