• Litigation- Litigated over 60 Family Law Matters; Prosecuted 18 felony trials and 7 misdemeanor jury trials and over 50 bench trials. Also, 11 litigated juvenile trials.
• Negotiations- Adjudicated over 100 felony cases and 200 misdemeanor cases;
• Discovery-Conducted numerous depositions, interviews; interrogatories and document productions;
• Motions & legal research- Have done 20 motion to suppress responses; filed numerous motions to compel and argued other evidentiary motions and responded to multiple appellate briefs.

Was responsible for Juvenile prosecutions in the Prescott area. Prior to this assignment was with the Felony Trial Group. Prosecuted felony crimes, including MOPP (Major Offender Prosecutor Program) crimes. In first eighteen months with the YCAO tried Attempted First Degree Murder case; Sexual Molest case; POMFS case; Aggravated Assault case and a Transportation of Narcotic Drugs case.
