My primary focus is on working with courts and immigration authorities to interpret Russian law with respect to family law, enforcement of Russian court orders, child custody, parental consent for immigration issues, child abduction, estate and property issues, and financial investment. I have been practicing law for more than 30 years.
I had the successful resolution in over 3,000 cases in Russia published in official legal resources, and are considered as persuasive interpretations of Russian Laws, and provided 1,500 affidavits and legal opinions for U.S. courts and the USCIS.

We help to order certificates of “No criminal record”, obtain papers from the court archives, restore birth, marriage, divorce, and death certificates from Vital Records/Registry Office in the United States and abroad in "ZAGS" of Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, etc., to get certificates of "The fact of being alive" to receive a foreign pension, as well as resolve court cases abroad, if any. We certify the Consents for the sale or purchase of Real Estate, Affidavits, Parental permission for children to travel abroad, any other documents for Russia and Ukraine.
