Justin Wyatt
Attorney Justin Wyatt is the founder and Managing Attorney of Wyatt Injury Law, PLLC. He focuses 100% of his practice on prosecuting serious personal injury and death claims that involve auto collisions, pedestrian injuries, dog bite injuries, product liability injuries and wrongful death, among others. He is admitted to practice in Arizona and is a member of the State Bar of Arizona. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts, District of Arizona, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Justin Wyatt navigates his cases following a strict set of principles that puts his clients first. He ensures that his clients are put first, and he works hard so that his clients, who are injured, scared, hurt, and financially devastated, are helped through the darkness and received the best recovery available. Justin’s goal is to help his clients navigate through the tough times of an injury and to make sure his clients are not taken advantage of by greedy insurance companies.
After high school, Justin Wyatt received his Business Management / Marketing degree from Brigham Young University in Idaho, and received his law degree from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, graduating with high pro-bono distinction. Also, Justin Wyatt was one of the few law students who successfully prepared for and passed the Arizona Bar Exam prior to completing law school, a difficult achievement that demonstrates his abilities to work hard, multitask, and complete challenging tasks under pressure.
Justin Wyatt is a seasoned trial lawyer, and an active member of the Arizona State Bar. When he’s not working, Justin is enjoying life with his beautiful wife and their three busy children. They enjoy outdoor adventures, travel, sports, and BBQ together.
