Justin William Curcio
Curcio Law
Justin Curcio is a personal injury attorney who brings a well-rounded perspective to every case he handles. Before joining Curcio Law in 2020, Justin spent over four years as in-house counsel for a major insurance companies across Virginia. That experience gave him a firsthand understanding of how insurance companies operate—what drives their decisions, how they assess claims, and where they often fall short in recognizing the true impact of an injury.
Now, Justin puts that knowledge to work on behalf of individuals who have been seriously hurt through no fault of their own. Whether handling car crashes, pedestrian injuries, or wrongful death cases, he is known for being meticulous, compassionate, and determined to get his clients the results they deserve.
CASES:

She was diagnosed with a brain hemorrhage, and encephalomalacia—a condition where brain tissue softens due to trauma, which can lead to lasting changes in brain function.
$650,000: Hit by Police Car- An elderly passenger was in a vehicle that was T-boned by a Fairfax County police officer responding to an emergency and traveling through a red light. Sovereign immunity was claimed, but a large uninsured motorist policy was available.
$500,000: Pedestrian Accident- Client was struck in a marked crosswalk and fractured her pelvis, wrist, and jaw. The defendant denied he did anything wrong, and claimed the pedestrian ran out in front of him without warning. We downloaded the event data recording of defendant’s car. - Q. Injury from car accident while driving owner's vehicle; next steps?
- A: If you would like to contest the ticket, it would be best to contact a local Cumberland traffic attorney. If you reach out to the owner's car insurance company, they may have Medical Payments Coverage, or your own car insurance coverage might have that too, or Personal Injury Protection Coverage, that may assist with the medical bills. You can also contact a personal injury attorney in the Cumberland area for further assistance/guidance. I wish you the best of luck moving forward.
