I am Julia Wobbe, the founder of Wobbe Tenant Law, PC, located in San Francisco. My firm is dedicated to defending tenant rights throughout the Bay Area, including cities like Oakland, San Jose, Fremont, San Rafael, Berkeley, and even extending our services to Los Angeles. With a solid background that spans over a decade, including a significant tenure of ten years at one of California’s leading tenant rights firms, I have devoted my career to assisting tenants. My focus has been on addressing issues such as wrongful evictions, landlord harassment, failures to make necessary repairs, illegal rent hikes, and no-fault evictions including OMIs, RMIs, Ellis Act, and evictions due to renovations.
At my firm, Wobbe Tenant Law, PC, I am deeply committed to justice and empathy, helping tenants navigate through some of the most challenging and unjust housing situations. Whether it involves negotiating buyouts or filing legal claims due to uninhabitable living conditions, I am dedicated to fighting for equitable solutions and ensuring peace of mind for each of my clients. Outside of my professional life, I am an avid hiker exploring the trails of the Bay Area, a weightlifting enthusiast, and a lover of the vibrant local food scene.
