Joshua Tebay
As partner at Hyde Tebay Legal, Joshua Evan Tebay represents clients in the state of Pennsylvania in personal injury cases. His focus is on cases involving dog bites, premises liability, catastrophic injury, nursing home neglect and motor vehicle accidents. His clients come from the following geographic areas: Lehigh County, Lancaster County, Chester County, Bucks County, Chester Springs, Philadelphia and Montgomery County.
For his success over the years and the millions of dollars he has recovered for his clients, Mr. Tebay is included as a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a designation that only includes one percent of attorneys throughout the country. He spent the first half of his career with the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office as an assistant district attorney, where he gained extensive experience in prosecuting and managing many different types of criminal cases. His transition to representing the injured came naturally as he was already passionate about fighting for the rights of those who suffered from injury, abuse, neglect and mistreatment.
Admitted to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Mr. Tebay is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association. In 2002, he graduated from the University of Mary Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in political science, then earned his Juris Doctor from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2006.
Known widely for his aggressive representation, caring position and understanding of the issues his clients deal with, Mr. Tebay is committed to fighting for the injured both inside and outside of the courtroom. Previous clients have given him an Avvo “Superb” rating, and he is included in The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100
