- Q. How long does Oklahoma DPS get to revoke a license after a DUI?
- A: Service Oklahoma is the agency now responsible for license revocation. Under Oklahoma law they have 180 days from the date of receiving the affidavit to take action on a license revocation. I think your issue here is one of notice.
