After clerking for two years in DC Superior Court, Mr. Scrofano took a chance and hung up a shingle in a competitive DC criminal defense market. Since 2011, the firm has grown to three lawyers and practices right across the street from DC Superior Court. Mr. Scrofano has attended some of the nation's top training programs including the Trial Lawyer's College where he spent three weeks on a ranch in Wyoming doing trial advocacy training with top plaintiff and criminal defense lawyers from across the country.
