Partner: Buckley & Gerry, LLP; 2009 - Current; Buckley & Gerry is a full service law firm with emphasis on elder law, state & local tax, personal injury and criminal defense.

General Counsel: Philips Semiconductor Manufacturing, Inc.; 2000 - 2004; I served as General Counsel to Philips Semiconductor Manufacturing. In that capacity, I was responsible for all legal, state & local tax and governmental relations matters for a 1,400 employee manufacturing company.

General Counsel: MiCRUS; 1995 - 2000; I served as General Counsel to MiCRUS, a semiconductor manufacturing joint venture between IBM and Cirrus Logic.

State & LocalTax Counsel: IBM Corporation; 1990 - 1995; I was responsible for advising IBM management on the state and local tax implications of the corporation's manufacturing, sales, service, software and consulting transactions. In addition, I lobbied in multiple states for favorable personal property tax treatment of software. I also negotiated IDA agreements in seven NY counties which enabled IBM to transfer assets tax free to its service subsidiary.
