Biography

I have been a licensed New Jersey attorney since 1993. I am licensed to practice in the United States District Court, District of New Jersey, the State of New Jersey, the United States Court of appeals for the Third Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States of America. I was a Law Clerk for the Honorable Victor Friedman of the Superior Court in New Jersey from 1992-1993. I am a member of the Burlington County Bar Association, and I have been the Co-Chair of the Real Estate Committee of the Real Estate/Probate Section of the Burlington County Bar Association. I am also a member of the General Equity Committee and the Municipal Court Committee. I have been the Chair of the Lawyer Referral/Pro Bono/Legal Services Committee. I was a lecturer for the Burlington County Bar Association Lawyer/Realtor Seminar in 1997. I was a lecturer for the New Jersey State Bar Foundation for a Real Estate seminar in 1997 and from 2002-2011. I was also a lecturer for the Burlington County Bar Association Real Estate/Probate Committee Seminar on Residential Real Estate Settlements in 1999. I was also an Associate with the Thomas S. Forkin Family Law American Inn of Court 1997-1998, 1998-1999. I am the 1999 recipient of the Robert W. Criscuolo Award, given by the Burlington County Bar Association Trustees in recognition of my dedication and service to the Burlington County Bar Association for 2000-2003. I was also a Board Consulter for the New Jersey Bar Association’s Section on Real Estate, Trust and Probate Law for several years and have recently been reappointed for another term. I have been appointed numerous times by the Court as Administrator of contested Estates, as a Trustee, Guardian ad Litem as well as a Guardian of the Estate and Person.
