I am a senior associate with the law firm of Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP, a Philadelphia-headquartered regional law firm.

I concentrate my practice on privacy and data security.

I help Pennsylvania and New Jersey businesses, health care providers and financial institutions manage the privacy and security risks associated with the collection, use, transmittal, disclosure, storage and disposal of personal information.

I also counsel clients with respect to federal and state privacy and data security requirements, including those arising under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPPA"); the Electronic Communications Privacy Act ("ECPA") and Pennsylvania's Breach of Personal Notification Act.

I also have a diverse commercial litigation practice involving complex matters in state and federal courts, and in private arbitration.
