Gregory Mark Abel

Gregory Abel is a seasoned attorney with a proven track record in estate litigation, administration, and planning. With 25 years of experience serving clients in Southern Oregon, Greg has developed a deep understanding of the intricacies of estate law. Greg handles a wide range of matters, including will contests, trust disputes, probate administration and disputes, guardianship proceedings, and the creation of comprehensive estate plans.

Gregory began serving clients with John C. Cooney and Associates in 1995 in Spokane, Washington, while attending and graduating from Gonzaga University School of Law. He served as a litigator for Morse & Bratt, attorneys and counselors at law, from 1998 until returning to Southern Oregon in 2003. Until his retirement in 2024, Greg worked with James Grantland in administering, litigating, and preparing estate plans in Medford, Oregon. Greg joined the Voyant Legal team in January 2025.

Gregory and his wife, Julee Olson Abel, live in Ashland, Oregon, where they raised their five children.
